Hey, I’m Braedon. I’m a portrait and lifestyle photographer, shooting primarily on film. A mixture of Medium format, 35mm, color, and black and white.
I’ve shot the gambit of things, subjects, and places but what I really love - whether it’s a model, a celebrity or just a random person I ask to to take their picture - is to come away with a photograph that you can feel. That emotive feeling, when you’ve truly captured someone, gotten them to let their guard down and just be.
I love working with brands who have a vision and want to create. Every shoot I’ve been on that has been successful (meaning the ones I really love) are the shoots that is a collaboration. I’ve been an art director and love working with art directors, working with the stylist, hair and makeup, the brand, the publication, the subject - the team - that’s what makes for a successful shoot.
